MEET
RAYE MICHEL.
Raye Michel is a servant of Jesus Christ, pastor, strategist, entrepreneur, and people and culture leader whose life and work center on helping people recognize what has been placed in their hands—and giving them the clarity, strategy, and confidence to build it.
FAITH IS THE
FOUNDATION.
With more than 13 years of experience in human resources, talent acquisition, talent management, people and culture, and nonprofit leadership, Raye has built her professional career within mission-driven organizations. Her experience spans the public health and social services nonprofit sectors, where she has led and supported people strategy, recruitment, talent development, organizational culture, leadership, and the systems that help both people and organizations thrive.
Her leadership is also deeply rooted in ministry. With more than 10 years of ministry and ministry leadership experience, Raye’s journey has included serving as a Youth Pastor and Executive Pastor, leading teams and ministry operations, and now serving as an Associate Pastor at The Excelling Church in New York. Her faith is not separate from how she leads, builds, or serves—it is the foundation.
Raye earned her Master of Health Administration (MHA) from Hofstra University, bringing together her understanding of organizational leadership, people, health, and community impact.
“Write the vision,— HABAKKUK 2:2
and make it plain…”
For Raye, vision is more than inspiration. Vision carries a responsibility to steward, clarify, build, and execute.
FROM VISION
TO EXECUTION.
Through Vision Fire, her coaching and consulting company, she helps turn that conviction into practical action.
For individuals, Vision Fire provides coaching with a particular heart for women called to build, create, lead, and execute. Raye helps women gain clarity around the vision God has placed in their hands and develop practical next steps using biblical principles, sound business strategy, and sensitivity to the leading of the Holy Spirit.
For organizations, Vision Fire provides consulting support to nonprofits, ministries and churches, small businesses, founders, and growing organizations, with services spanning people strategy, talent acquisition and management, leadership development, organizational strategy, culture, systems, and execution.

BUILDER. CREATOR.
Raye is also the founder of Bomb Dot Com Hair Extensions, a luxury hair brand created around beauty, confidence, and helping women show up boldly.
She also co-owns Vertical Dominion, a faith-inspired apparel brand built alongside her best friend, extending her passion for faith, creativity, entrepreneurship, and impact into another expression.
Across ministry, nonprofit leadership, consulting, coaching, and entrepreneurship, the thread is the same: people, purpose, vision, and execution.
YOUR VOICE
IS VALID.
You do not have to become a copy of someone else to make an impact. There is value in your story, your perspective, your gifts, and the assignment God has entrusted to you.
Her work is about helping people find the clarity to recognize it, the courage to own it, and the strategy to execute it.
Strategy in your hands. Impact that extends beyond you.
